A days tuition for free....well nearly

An e mail from Simon, Colwyn Bay Canoe Club asking for some volunteers for students in his level 3 coaching certificate.
Chris and I made our way to Trearddur Bay for a free day’s tuition; well £3 car park and fuel aren’t we good.
A dull start ending in glorious sunshine and a red face, no not my performance but sunburnt, no Tilley hat.
Blustery with some good seas although the main photos were within the sheltered bays.
Great to refresh and get some tuition, empathy with the three candidates always stressful when being assessed although Mark Tozer appeared quiet relaxed with them.
Hope all passed and a quick look into the World and process of coaching and assessment from outside my experiences and professional life.
If only I could roll.
