Ended the week with Mike and Vanessa staying over Saturday a few drinks and they left for Manchester around midday on Sunday so off we went for an 18 mile bike ride.
Foolishly we thought that the cycling at Centre Parcs had helped.
An easterly wind on the first half, which explained it all, followed by a cold wind against us on the return journey.
A glorious day but cold.
Guy and Jane outside the house on our return so a long BBQ with drinks and a session in the hot tub.
All back to normal on Monday!
