The dark art of rolling!
I wonder if I will ever get there sat here now with an aching right chest.
Mike kindly arranged a pool session for us all at Denbigh.
Mike,Dave,Ade, Ga and Rhiannon together with myself for the hours session.
Sounds good the rolling clinic although with my skills it was more like the A&E!!!!
Small steps as they say, simple to complex, simple I wish.
A good session back next week for more.
Thanks to Mike and Dave for their encouragement and support.
I,ll get there one day!
