A late start from Pemaenmawr and on the water just after 1830, off to Puffin a slight beam sea and it appeared not to take too long before the Island looked fairly close. Ga had an attempt to catch some fish, into Penmon avoiding the fishermen and against the last hour of the flood in the sound.
A quick pit stop and Ga liaised with the guys as they had some mackerel, one given to Ga so he could feed the fish on our return trip.
Back around Puffin, good choice, a delight to see the Puffins, and some close fly byes, the noise from the nesting birds was amazing.
Back in and some more fishing, closely followed by an expert in such a very friendly seal, so no chance of any fish there then.Continued on Ga had some interest on the line but no takers.
A short distance from the shore and the sea came alive with the glows as the paddles went in and from the bow waves the bioluminescence was spectacular I,ve seen it before around the Ormes what a way to end a great paddle
