The Welsh Anglo Tour Spring Holiday

Arrived Saturday, a very windy day and the forecast for the week was not looking promising.
Great accomodation and all for £420 between us all.
A great lasagne from Gareth and a few cheeky ones!

Sunday and very strong winds so we did a circular walk from the house along the Coast, over 11 miles and some great views.

Bank Holiday Monday and a lull in the strong winds so off we headed and a local paddle from Fishguard, a 10 miler

Very strong winds again so a long walk along the coast and the spectacular Bitches.

Guess what.....yes blowing again!
So off to see some history and where the stones from Stonehenge came from

Thursday

We dipped our toes into the sea, it was wild so whilst out there we made a dynamic risk assessment and came back in. So boats back on and off for a walk and I had an ice cream so one positive.
Driving back Saturday so party night had to be Thursday. Friday it poured down so Ga and I made arrangements to visit Mother in Port Talbot. Drove home Saturday in bright sunlight and low winds ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Love Pembroke and no doubt we will be back for walking, drinking and hopefully some sea kayaking
