A couple of firsts today, Mikes first paddle of the year, I refuse to use the word season, together with his new carbon fiber Greenland Paddle, and Gareth's first outing in his plastic Nordkapp, wow a few firsts then.
Initial plans scuppered forecast for low winds snigger, there were not so a play in Conwy estuary just over 11 miles, great company and a chip stop in Conwy.
I also had a go with the new paddles, wow very light and so deceiving in relation to power with very little impact on the body.
