A last minute paddle regarding planning in fact 2145 on Friday night, I had worked away all week and due to the frustrations of the job felt that if a pass out was available that with the winds showing 14,s that It had to be done. The original plan was made a shuttle and a one way from Rhos to Conwy with Ga.
Foiled a call from Dave and plan B was formulated, Cable Bay against tide and wind and a return on both.
No problems as the coast along the East side of the Island causes no problems in relation to tide flows.
Up towards Rhoscolyn, we saw about 4 paddlers whilst rock hoping near to Rhosneigr and some near to Rhoscolyn point after lunch.
Back with winds and tide although a pain in the bum with winds and beam seas, an opportunity to play around with the skeg.
Loads of paddlers near the coastline as we used the tide saw a group of around 12.
Also around 4 near Rhoscolyn looked like an organised gang.
12 miles in total, far too many kayakers about looks like the hunting/kayaking season is upon us.
