Conwy Estuary
Just a quick one today, winds looked good so we again grabbed the opportunity.
Launched from the Morfa at around 10’ ish high tide 1327 so it was a slog to get to the other side, a high tide today.
Ferry glided over to the West Shore area with some bubbly conditions, sun broke out and caught the back eddy to the Great Orme.
Over the mouth of the estuary and tide and wind back in, snow on the tops and on landing I had never seen it so high, 8.1 m, nearly at the car park still saves on the carry.
Changed then lunch saw the RNLI go by assume from Llandudno.
Around 8 miles well worth it.
